Wow, it has been a while since I've updated this thing. Probably because most of the goals that I'm trying to achieve right now are half-achieved which means there's nothing really significant for me to report on... but in any case, this is what I've been up to:
#2: Andrew convinced me last term that there was no point in us looking for a house now. We won't actually know what we're going to be doing after the wedding until application acceptances/rejections are received which won't happen until summer time. Plus, we don't really want to put money down for a place we won't actually be living in until maybe a month before we actually move in so anything we might like now might not be on the market later on. Decision time is going to be tight seeing as how we still have to figure out a whole lot of other stuff at the same time.
#3: I've got it in my head that this will be achieved before I get married.
#15: Wedding planning is well under way. It's been a little rough because some of my prime wedding planning time was/will be taken up by other commitments. I'm getting a lot of help now so hopefully things will start coming together and we can just iron out the rest as the time comes closer. But, I'm really anxious about it all because we really don't have that much time left and we have a LOT to do (that side bar list is very misleading).
#16: I'm really excited about taking baby to Disney. I'm sure he's going to have a marvelous time but I'm not sure how he's going to react to the rides. In HK, we had him in one of those coin-operated cars and he wanted it to move because he saw the one beside him moving. But then, after we put the coin in and it actually started moving, he wanted out.
#20: There's a pool at Andrew's parents' place and every time we walk by, baby stops and says "swim" because he sees people swimming sometimes. So I stopped him this past weekend and asked him if he would like to take swimming lessons. He paused for a moment, smiled and said "yeaaah". I'm not sure if he actually meant it but I have a feeling he'd have a great time playing in the pool. I'm going to wait til the weather warms up a bit so we don't have to bundle him up and stuff. It's way too much work.
#24: Andrew tore the leaf off of one of my plants and it now looks very, very dead. I don't know what to do now.
#25: I still haven't gotten around to filtering through all the pictures we took between the last time I printed and this time. I sure hope I get a chance to do this soon or I might end up putting it off til I finish school.
#30: While setting this brilliant goal, I forgot to take into account the fact that I would be taking grad photos around this time so now I have really gross half-grown-out hair that will inevitably look horrible in the photos. My bigger worry is what my hair will look like come the day of the wedding. Yikes.
