58. Give out handmade Christmas cards one year
Earlier in the month, one of my cousins stopped by so we could work on wedding invitation envelopes for one of my other cousins. It was a really simple project and I really didn't do that much but it was just enough to get the artsy in me excited about doing crafty projects again. I've been meaning to make Christmas cards for quite a while now and decided that this year was a great time to start. Of course, that required me to go out and buy an excessive amount of "supplies" (Andrew was not pleased).
One of my card designs included a snowman. I didn't realize how hard it was to keep my snowmen consistently the same, until I looked at the final product and found I had a nice family of snowmen of different shapes and sizes. I had one that was perfectly shaped, one who was anorexic, one who was obese, one with a potbelly and one who was really tall. We don't discriminate around here, don't you know.
