55. Look into RRSPs and maybe get one set up

I didn't really put too much effort into finding out about RRSPs. I knew I'd have to get one set up eventually but seeing as how I don't have an income right now, I didn't think it'd be feasible. Enter TFSAs. Tax-Free Savings Accounts are a pretty new thing. I heard about it near the beginning of the year but I really wasn't in the mood for researching another investment vehicle, nor was I in the mood to move my money around so I let it go.

Then, a couple weeks ago, Andrew's parents brought it up. I figure if it's something they'd bring up with us, it's worth looking in to. So yesterday we met up with their financial advisor to sign some forms and now we're the proud owner of TFSAs (and life insurance). Yay for long-term investments!
